في اليوم العالمي لحرية الصحافة، سيعود العالم مرة أخرى للحديث عن حرية التعبير بوصفها قيمة عالمية قيمة يجب الدفاع عنها والاحتفاء بها وصونها. لكن بالنسبة لكثير من الصحفيين، لم يعد هذا اليوم يمثل مثالًا يُحتذى، بل أصبح يمثل مفارقة مؤلمة.
أنا لا أتحدث عن حرية الصحافة كمبدأ نظري. بل أتحدث عنها كمن دفع ثمنها وعاش تداعياتها.
